Read about one participants amazing experience

(probably the best testimonial I have ever received!):

"I recently completed the Breathflow Hands of the Divine programme in San Diego with Christian, Aaron and Mardi. The experience has been nothing short of transformative. Here are the highlights of my journey:

"1. Emotional and Sensory Release: The programme masterfully taught us how to sit with and support the release of a wide spectrum of emotions and sensations—joy, sadness, anger, fear, and everything in between that underpins stored energy needing respite and release from our bodies. Learning to navigate these experiences has been deeply empowering, especially as initially my inner imposter suggested it would be difficult for me to be able to do this with confidence and grace.

"2. Theory Meets Practice: The perfect blend of practical work and theoretical knowledge provided a robust foundation for understanding the breathwork approach, process and application. This combination enriched my learning experience, making it rapidly implementable.

"3. Experiential Learning and Intuition: Through hands-on practice, I’ve built a stronger intuition and a deeper understanding of the Breathflow Integrated Technique, a transformative approach that leads to fundamental breakthroughs for people wanting to cope, heal and thrive in life. This experiential approach has been pivotal in applying what we learned in a real-world context.

"4. Community Connection: The bond formed with fellow group members was profound and I anticipate it to last a long time. Together, we created a safe and nurturing environment that allowed deep personal and collective growth and evolution.

"5. Safety and Unconditional Support: Christian, Aaron and Mardi excelled in creating a safe container for exploration, relational connection and healing. This atmosphere allowed us to work through our individual journeys, supporting one another through our own stuff, creating memorable shared experiences.

"6. Quality of Teaching: The information and instruction provided were of the highest quality, grounded in extensive knowledge and a clear passion for breathwork. This excellence in teaching has greatly enhanced my practice and self-efficacy.

"7. Real-world Impact: Within a month, four of us were inspired and had enough confidence to run an event that led to profound shifts for the participants. The transformative power of what we learned and shared was truly remarkable. Our trusting bond and interdependence is a testament to how Breathflow builds relational connection at a rapid and profound level.

"8. Personal Transformations: Working with ten individuals since the end of the programme, I’ve witnessed incredible transformations. The feedback has been consistently humbling. I am slightly obsessed with serving others and helping them through this incomparable practice.

"9. Christian’s and Aaron's Guidance: Christian's ethos and approach combines love, spirituality, and gentle challenge— this has deeply resonated with me. His influence has been a guiding light throughout this journey... I can't put my finger on it as when I first met him in London, I didn't have an immediate connection, but what he does makes me feel personal agency, helps me access my higher self and has revealed a level of spirituality I never knew I possessed.

"10. Looking Forward: I am eagerly anticipating Level 2 of the programme. My desire to deepen my studies and practice reflects the impact this experience has had on me, my own healing journey and my vocation.

"The Breathflow Hands of the Divine programme is a life-changing experience that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking to explore the depths of their being through breathwork. The journey has been inspiring, moving, and transformative, laying a solid foundation to evolve my self, my profession, but most of all a sense of service."
