Breathflow Spirit-Based Personal Development Coaching
Breathflow Coaching session is a conversation-oriented session that lasts 1 hour. These conversations are rooted in the understanding that we are spirit-beings primarily, which shapes how you approach the "doings" of your daily physical life.
Each session builds upon the work from the last one. The first step is to help guide you to clarify your personal life priorities; those things that are unique to building your unique life experience of happiness and fulfillment. Then I help align your life goals with those priorities. The next step is to identify specific actions that require your attention and energy to manifest those goals into tangible results.
Finally, I help you create and stay accountable to the action plan, but more importantly to your bigger priorities as your life shifts and changes. Regular review of your priorities, modifications to your life plan, and creating motivating strategies are the focus of this phase.

Please Note: If you need to reschedule for any reason, please do so 24 or more hours before the session for no issues. Sessions changed within 24 hours are subject to being charged the full or partial amount of the session.
All discounted sessions must be used within 6 months.
After that, the dollar amount of your purchase reverts to that dollar amount of credit towards any regularly-priced purchase.
