SELF BODY MAPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Method 1: Tune into your body and find a point that is tense or in pain. Then look up that point on the chart and use the specific affirmations for that point while “massaging” the point by pressing into it on your exhale and slightly releasing pressure on your inhale. Work each point for 5-10 minutes at a time.
Method 2: Decide on a quality you want to enhance and find the point on the map that corresponds to that energy. Then work that point with the corresponding affirmations in the same manner as the first method.Write your text here
